As a business coach, I champion small businesses to
grow.

One-to-One Coaching
We need an objective, trusted coach to see our real barriers.
Our barriers aren’t always obvious. Otherwise, we’d have solved them already.
You’re through the tumultuous early years of business, well known in your business circles, with a growing team, and ambitions to expand.
You’re great at marketing and sales and have leads and customers who love you, with a full, active life.
You’re busy, family-oriented, with a strong faith, and sometimes competing obligations and responsibilities.
Despite your growth and achievements, cracks are appearing. Your processes and technology are taped together, and your team is constantly drawing you in to manage things that they should be managing. Your systems are straining under the stress of ad hoc implementation and inconsistent actions.
It’s becoming clear that you’re not brilliant at managing, delegation, or setting clear expectations with people and projects. You find yourself staring at the ceiling at 2am, replaying the painful conversation with your favourite client, who was disappointed by the quality of your work. It’s becoming obvious that you need to benchmark quality and better manage your team to streamline their operations and ensure those painful conversations never happen again.
At 2am, you’re doing calculations in your head, worrying about cashflow and clients, and you know that you’re the bottleneck to your business being efficient, consistently excellent, and growing.
The next day begins and the circus starts over, and your best intentions quickly become fiction as your customer pull your attention once again, away from where you know you need to focus – sales.
Once again, your focus gets scattered into the thousand mini emergencies that your team, customers, and suppliers pull you into. That night, your 2am thoughts turn dark. Now you’re thinking about impending financial mess. And the rollercoaster begins again.
Your leadership skills are learnt on the job
You’re technically brilliant. You’re great at sales and marketing – hugely useful to growing a business. But your leadership skills are learnt imperfectly on the job. You’ve had little-to-no support, guidance, insight, or practical help to enable you to effectively lead yourself, and others.
You do have a leadership style, whether or not you recognise this. A trusted coach can help you see the patterns in how you lead, uncover your self-limited beliefs that guide this, and design a new, more effective way to make better decisions, have difficult conversations, and keep all the balls in the air, while actually relaxing on weekends.
-
Maybe you’ve tried to hire a business coach or consultant before, and it didn’t work out.
-
Perhaps you got excited about a business book that promised a system that would solve anything.
-
Maybe you have tried to fix your business problems by throwing more resources at it, which turns out to be an expensive, protracted frustration.
-
Or perhaps you hired someone who was lovely to be around, but didn’t have much business nous, or actual, practical strategies to get you out of the mess.
Imagine never having to worry about taped-together systems again, because you have got the gold standard process in place that ensure your customers always receive excellent work from your team.
Imagine dramatically changing your relationship to your business, from one of stress and anxiety, to one of profits and self-satisfaction.
Imagine your business moving faster than you thought possible, because you’re no longer the bottleneck. You can go on holidays, take a day off, or go to the gym at lunchtime, and everything runs smoothly. Every person and process has a place, because you designed it that way.
You already have everything within you to succeed. The role of a great business coach is to bright out your brilliance, shining a light on the aspects of yourself you’ve lost touch with. By working on your unconscious self-limited beliefs, which have been shaped by your history, you’re able to clear the way for success to emerge.
One-to-one coaching enables your success
Hi! I’m Marjory Kari. I’ve been business coaching since 2017, working with hundreds of business owners to help them develop their leadership, reconnect with their teams, and cultivate an environment that enables achievement. I started my career in IT and FinTech, where I discovered a natural aptitude to problem solving, operational efficiency and project management. I am fascinated by human behaviour and have experience in engaging a wide variety of stakeholders to execute and improve.
The challenges of the 21st century require far more emotional mastery and self-leadership than ever. When business owners are able to be vulnerable, we drop the need for external validation and start moving from far deeper capacity. We’re able to achieve far more, with far less stress.
How one-to-one business coaching works
One-to-one business coaching with me is a six-month engagement, focusing on your unique goals, ambitions, and business stage.
You'll learn how to:
-
Find operational bottlenecks so you can stop the constant rework, and start getting your team to focus on true excellence.
-
Design a customer experience that truly wows your customers, so that you can create raving fans and marketing becomes far easier.
-
Create efficiencies in how your team operates without dropping the quality that you want your brand to become known for.
-
Build a business model that removes you for the execution, so that you can free up your time to focus on what you’re naturally great at.
Our one-to-one coaching process
-
We meet for an initial 45 minute conversation to figure out whether or not we’re a good fit for coaching together.
-
If we proceed, we kick off with a coaching agreement to clarify expectations, inclusions and responsibilities of each party.
-
You complete a coaching questionnaire before our first session together.
-
We meet one hour per week online for coaching.
-
After four weeks, I present your business blueprint built around your goals.
-
Every quarter (at the 3-month and 6-month mark), we get together for an insights and execution intensive session.
-
At the six month mark, we review our results and decide whether or not to continue our coaching together.
Your investment: AU $18,000
Payment terms: Pay-up-front in full, or take up the payment plan of $3450/month for 6 months on credit or debit card.
A note from Marjory
Are you ready to achieve big things? I hope you’re feeling excited about the possibilities in front of you. Coaching is a vulnerable process and it’s not always easy. Sometimes our business feels more messy, as we sort through the issues, triage the problems, decide on priorities, and uncover what’s not working.
Like all things in life, the more you put it, the more you get out. Business coaching can be a massively transformative process for the right person who’s open, trusting, and willing to get stuck in.
Here’s the truth, I’m not the right coach for everyone. This is why it’s important that we meet before deciding how to proceed. You can ask me any question and I’ll always answer honestly and never overstate my expertise. Once we’ve done the hard yards and results are happening, you may be amazed by how different you feel about your business, your progress, and yourself.
Here’s to unlocking the deeper potential that lies within all of us.
"
After just two sessions I'm in awe of what I have learnt about myself and my business.
I'm deeply grateful for the priceless insights and can't wait to take things to the next level.
